Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Important Information
A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the hotel offers a daily free shuttle bus to and from City Stars mall bookable in advance. For health and safety reasons, proper swimwear must be worn in the hotel swimming pool. Loose, cotton clothing or long swimming suits are not allowed. Please note that children are not permitted in the executive lounge. Payment for accommodations charge is required upon arrival as well as a credit card pre-authorization for the extras charges.
